With great anticipation and amazement, Toronto FC found themselves in the MLS Cup final for a 3rd time in 4 years with a one-game winner-takes-all single elimination playoff run and in front of almost 70,000 fans and supporters. Also, in November – a month earlier than previous years.

In Quarterfinals, Toronto FC eliminated D.C. United at home with a 5-1 victory. The team and road warriors traveled to New York City FC for the Semifinals winning 2-1. MLS allocated 3,000 tickets to road warriors at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington and Toronto FC supporter presence was undeniably strong. Toronto FC players and supporters wandered the city all weekend arranging meetups to celebrate the whirlwind of a playoff season. Back in Toronto at our home pub, Shoeless Joe’s, supporters secured tables up to 3+ hours before match time. The excitement, chanting and support home and away remained a connected force throughout the match. Toronto FC lost 3-1 in Seattle but we tip our hats to Toronto FC and RPB road warrior supporter efforts to represent the Reds.
